There is a large roping at the ranch right before our Finals, as well as another on in Ft. Worth the week after As a result, lodging, RV hook-ups, and stalls are limited. If you are planning on staying at the NRS Ranch, please go online and make your reservations early.
On Site Lodging
The NRS Ranch has 10 bunkhouse style rooms available on site, with either one king bed or two queen beds available. Reservations for those rooms can be made directly thru the NRS Event Center website.
RV Site and Horse Stall Rental
RV hook-ups are $30 per night and stalls are $25 per night. (There is NOT a buy one, get one free; each are a fee per night.) You may have up to six (6) stalls with one hook-up.

The Baymont by Wyndham Decatur is the NCA Finals host hotel and has given us a room discount for our event. It’s a very nice hotel and only a few minutes from the NRS Ranch. Please consider staying with them if you need a hotel room during the NCA Finals this year.
The NCA Finals rate is $79 per night, single or double.
Among the hotel amenities are a full breakfast, indoor pool, 24-hour fitness center, and truck parking. In addition, they are a pet friendly hotel offering us a discounted rate for pets for the week.
Reservations for the NCA Finals block are available now. The block will be released on April 13, so be sure make your reservation before that date. Please CALL for reservations to ensure that you are part of the NCA block and will receive our quoted rates.
